Every artwork is carefully prepared before beginning its journey to its new home. Delivery times and shipping methods vary depending on the type of artwork purchased.

Collector Prints

Collector Prints are made to order through our trusted global production partner.

Each print is professionally produced using museum-quality materials and shipped from the production facility closest to the delivery destination whenever possible. This helps reduce delivery times and minimise environmental impact.

Production Time

Please allow 2–5 business days for production before dispatch.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided where available.

Each piece is designed in response to the space, atmosphere, scale and vision discussed during the consultation.

Production timelines vary depending on the scope of the project and will be confirmed before work begins. Once completed, shipping arrangements are organised individually.

As each custom artwork is created specifically for the client, all sales are final once production has commenced.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for Collector Prints. Shipping costs for Original and Commissioned Artworks are confirmed individually prior to dispatch where applicable.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • PRINTS RETURNS

    Prints
    As every Collector Print is produced specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
    Change of mind
    Incorrect size selection
    Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

  • ORIGINAL ARTWORKS & CUSTOM ARTWORKS RETURNS

    Due to the unique nature of original artworks, all sales are final unless the artwork arrives damaged during transit.
    If your artwork is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the artwork and its packaging.
    Commissioned artworks are created exclusively for each client and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable once work has commenced.
    Throughout the creative process, clients are involved in key approval stages to ensure the final artwork aligns with the agreed concept.

  • DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

    If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
    Please include:
    Your order number
    Photographs of the artwork
    Photographs of the packaging
    A brief description of the issue
    Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.
